Does Speech-to-Text have any nodes in Hong Kong?

Speech to text is available as a global or multi regional service. You can select a region by specifying a particular endpoint.  https://cloud.google.com/speech-to-text/docs/endpoints

Hong Kong is not currently available as a standalone region.
