With the IT Ticketing app template, you can quickly spin up an app that powers an IT ticketing and issue tracking system.
Employees can submit their information and IT requests, which generates a workflow email that is sent to the submitter and the requestโs assigned owner to complete. From there, requests can be completed and marked as resolved. This app is especially useful for companies trying to manage IT requests in a streamlined and organized way.

Hereโs an overview of AppSheet product updates and enhancements over the past month. To stay up-to-date with the latest, make sure you subscribe to Release Notes.
Improved experience for adding a table
Weโre refreshing the look and feel of one of the key components of app creation: adding new tables in the app editor to connect your data with AppSheet.
The new, user-friendly interface helps make it easier to identify which data sources you have (by the provider and account names) and clarify if a data source is a team-shared source (with icon next to the provider name). See all details in the announcement post here.
Introducing: Unlinked Automation Components
Previously, when you created an automation component, it was reusable in multiple bots. You can now enable or disable the reusability of a component by enabling or disabling the Linking toggle. For complete details, see the announcement post here.
Return Values in Apps Script Tasks
Use the return value of a Google Apps Script function within your AppSheet automation Apps Script task and pass it to a later step in the same automation process. For more information, see the announcement post here.
Set the AppSheet session length
Control how long users can access AppSheet services without having to authorize AppSheet every time they are using the service. This setting applies to web (app editors and app users) and mobile app users. For details, see the announcement post here.
