Hey everyone,
After the last couple of posts on new templates, we wanted to share a few more specifically for Manufacturing use cases. The team has put together two templates, Incident Reporting, and 5S Audit Checklist. While these use cases are quite popular in a manufacturing setup, these can be edited and customized for other use cases.
Like other templates released in this community recently, these templates include specific features designed for incident and audit management. We would love to hear your feedback on what you like!
Incident Reporting Template
Incident Reporting is the process of capturing, recording, and managing incidents such as injury, property damage, and security lapses. Recording and studying these incidents can help organizations implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences of these incidents.
This template comes with three personas, namely, Admin, Manager, and Staff, and allows incidents to be registered by any users. Check out the user guide to get started and feel free to share your feedback.
Functionality
Admin
- Manage roles, locations, floor maps, incident report forms
- Manage staff profile and permissions
- View closed, current and pending incidents and their reports
- Add incidents, investigate the root cause and, sign off investigations
Manager
- Assign incidents for review and analysis
- Approve or reject corrective actions
- View closed, current and pending incidents and their reports
- Add incidents, investigate the root cause and, sign off investigations
Staff
- View their closed, current, and pending incidents
- Add new incidents
- View incidents assigned to them and submit corrective actions/report

5S Audit Checklist
In any organization, more so in a manufacturing set-up, it is imperative to organize the workspace. This template helps manage the 5S Audit process among other audits and tasks that are typical in a manufacturing setup. The template has three personas or permission settings namely, Admin, Manager, and Staff. Check out the user guide to get started and feel free to share your feedback.
