27Jun22 1555 I want to show the ID of the person who most recently worked on a job record in my prototype app. It is not deployed. USERMAIL (), USER (), etc don't work. Anyone out there with ideas? Thank you !

When one of those three people will edit a row, their USEREMAIL() will be captured. It sounds you are testing with just your own ID.
You may want to elaborate your requirement.
In general, if you place the USEREMAIL() in the app formula of the [Email] column, it will capture the email of the person who has latest edited the record.
27Jun22 1749 Thank you very much @Suvrutt_Gurjar .. when I place USEREMAIL () in the app formula of the eMail column, it causes all my JOBS sheet rows to be assigned my eMail - although three of us are using the app and modifying the JOBS
