401 Unauthorised: Background sync failed

Hi all, user has reported this error on the app. Its been recurring for them today. Personally I haven’t seen something like this before so not sure what I can do to hep fix. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Possibly means that their login email has been removed from the list of allowed users in the user section of the definition

I had advised they logout and back in, they didn’t face any issue so they do have authorisation.

If it’s only the one user, could they have temporarily turned off connectivity and simply forgotten to turn it back on?
