A Home page under the another home page

Dear friends,

I have tried to create a home page under another one to be able to merge same topics under one.
Example
Main > Home page
Sub 1 > Accounting
Sub 1.1 > Credit Notes
Sub 1.2 > Invoices
Sub 2 > Partner Data
Sub 3 > Operation

What i use menu_icon column for sub 1, sub 2 and sub 3 it is fine. I am not able to see icons for sub 1.1 and sub 1.2 i have created. The location of all icons are in the same folder like OPS/GBIE/OWL/ACCOUNTING/CN.jpg.
Any special reason i am not able to see icons for these sub menus?
