A Shared App is Missing from one user's Shared Apps list

Hi,

I have an App that has been shared with and used by a user for a couple of years now without any problems and as of the most recent update, this app is no longer available on this user’s Shared Apps list in App Gallery. I have tried deleting and adding them again to the User list, editing their permissions, regenerating structure on a table to see if there were any underlying errors, but to no avail.
I am not sure what I am missing and any help would be appreciated. Nothing has been changed on my end.
