A formula to color specific SHOW columns on a table

I have Page headers and section headers on a form that need to be colored, but I have about a 100 of them, I can individually select the columns in the format rules, but it'll be time consuming. Is there a formula that can be used to automatically select specific columns to color these Page headers?

You can select all the columns that you wish to have the same format rule in the pane you have shown.  You can keep the control button of your keyboard pressed and select whatever columns you wish to have the same format rule.

Thanks!, I found you could that, and originally I was going with that option, but, like I said, I have more than 100 columns to select, and I'll have to hold the control button, click and scroll down more than 100 times.
