ACTION BUTTON 1 TIME CLICK UPDATE & 2 TIME CLICK NOT UPDATE ..THIS ACTION WILL BE NEEDED TO ME

Once I click the action button, update the value of the column and another time click Do not update the SAME column... this action will be needed for me .. 

any one please clarify my doubt

If you could add a bit more on your use case, the community could help better.  What kind of column you are updating through the action and if possible could you mention the need for this alternate update?
