I'm trying to set up an application project, to manage the sending of installments to customers in the company I work for, so that I can enter the data via form, and that it's something simple and easy, I sent the model of how I would like to set it up this app, and if anyone can help me, I would be grateful, I know the basics of appshet, and I really need it, I would like to know some questions like, how to create a checkbox easily, anyway, I made a sketch of how I imagine that the application needs to be, any and all help is welcome so that I can finish this project, I want to include this within another application that manages services and I will add a button to go to that area, the company column I will make a reference, from the list of customers that already exist without service.
