hii im using this formula in a base column not virtual column and its type is enumlist 
SELECT(
BPG[BUSINESS PARTNER GROUP],
TRUE
)

bpg is the table with column business partner group as text 

why the function isnt showing a drop down list to choose one, it shows the values of the column in a bulk 

[TeeSee1]

You should study this and determine which option you want to use.

If you are using the App Formula, do not do so. That is not how you configure a drop-down list.
