About printing option

I Have Created a app with print option.  when i click on print button it shows pdf file . but when i Share a app with someone .  When other person click on print button no pdf file show . a error message reflect. Although i shared a drive folder in which pdf file store.

What is the error message?

If you have your table security settings defined as in the image below,  you should not need to do anything else for other users to access the files - assuming you are following the AppSheet standard practices for saving the files.
