Creating a complex expression for "valid If" in Columns
What I am concerned about is that the amount of calculation for this "valid If" increases in proportion to the increase in the amount of data.

There is a problem if all "valid Ifs" are calculated at the timing of Sync.
However, there is no problem if it is calculated only when opening the form and entering data.

Please tell me when is "valid if" calculated?

It's not calculated when you sync.. only when you somehow modify the row.
