Access blocked by country?

A user reports that he is being blocked from the app because of his location–Thailand, I believe. I am trying to get more details, but wondering whether there are any default access rules in AppSheet that limit access by location.

Thanks! I believe the issue is being caused by the page into which the app is embedded, so it’s not an AppSheet issue.
