Access built-in database and shown "An error occurred while checking the user's login state"

I am unable to access any built-in database , all of them shown 

"An error occurred while checking the user's login state"

tried in InPrivate browsing mode

tried re-login my google account

please help, thank you.

I have tried to access appsheet.com for thousands of times, now it shows 403 with my company IP address

AppSheet Database is currently a preview feature and under active development. Preview features are not yet suitable for use in important apps.
