Action: Send Text Message Not Sending To Phone Number

Hi,

I am making a real estate app and I have made action buttons to call or text the "listing agent" for that property. How can I specify the phone number of the "Listing Agent"? The info would need to be pulled from the Listing Agent's profile which is pulled from a different table than where the button actions will be displayed . 

Also, how would you specify a message? I would like to say "I am interested in [address]". 

Side note: These actions were automatically created for the Listing Agent's profile (I have the text and call icons next to the phone number) and when I click those buttons they pull up the correct phone number for the text message.

I want to add (for anyone else looking for this solution), in order for the text/call/email action to autofill the correct phone number/email into the phone/text/email, I had to include [Listing Agent (the specifier)].[Phone] in the "To" formula row vs. just [Phone] as shown in the example video.
