Action buttons overlapping in "Deck" view

In my deck view shown below, I would like to have:

1. the system "Add" action button shown primarily, as a big circle floating in front of the items, default on right bottom corner
2. a customized button "authorize" shown in-line, as an small icon, default on right bottom corner on each item, in my case each "user".

Problem:

• The add button overlaps the authorize button, for the user on the last of the list. 

I don't want the authorize action to be done anywhere else. Any method to avoid this?

Unfortunately this is coming from the existing design, and it has reported earlier. One quick workaround is to add a blank record and take care that it's the last on your view.
