Action confirmation pop-up message not updating

I have an app that uses an action confirmation pop-up when a form is saved.

Everything is working fine except for the actual confirmation message which simply shows the action name rather than result of an expression.

The oddest thing is that I have a clone of the app and its associated spreadsheet and that is working as it should"

I'm kinda stumped - any thoughts? 🤔

Do you mean that the confirmation message is coming as blank?

For me it sounds you are talking about the "accept" button text rather than the confirmation itself. The change for the "accept" text is coming from the Action > Appearance > Display name option. Do you have that formula there? What's the formula? In general.. if that formula doesn't find any value, it shows the action name itself and that's probably what you are seeing.
