Action not firing on form saved

"COMPOSITE ACTION" is made of by order "CHANGE STATUS FROM BLANK TO RUN" and "CHANGE STATUS TO BLANK" for the "ORDERS" table. AND "ORDERS from" event behavior is FORM saved composite action. 

"COMPOSITE ACTION" works with an action button but not automatic.

Also check if there is any condition for the grouped as well as inner actions

I have just made it work and came to give an update about the problem.
Actually, It's was obvious but I didn't see it. So, my primary view for the ORDERS table actually is a Form view. Setting up the form saved event action for the ORDERS table in the system view was just not enough.
