Action to store Multiple data in the another table with multiple rows

Hello,

I hope you're doing well.

I've created one app for Document Handling. I've created two tables which are as belows.
 1. Document (Did, name, Version, date)        2.Anneuxre (anid, Did, Did_name, File)

Here, In Annexure table "Did" is a reference column with is part of. when i upload new data with the use of form it is storing multiple annexure file in the multiple rows.  But when i want to store data with the help of action it is not storing the data in the Annexure table.

Additionally, I'm performing Changes, so when there's no change then want to add new row with existing data.

Objective:

1. Where there is no change and multiple Annexure in the existing data then I want to store multiple rows in the Annexure table for the multiple Files. (other field are same only file value is different)

How can i achieve this ? Please guide me into this matter.
