Add Bulk records in sheets, and run bots on it from Appsheet

I have created bots to send an email on new record creation and then send reminders after a few hours for the same if there is no update on the record. They are working for the records that are created from Appsheet.
But when we are adding single or bulk records in Sheet, they are displayed in the list but the bots are not working i.e. we don’t get any mails for those records.
We are unable to create workflow for bulk addition in Appsheet as they are moving to bots.

Bots can do all of the same things that Workflows and Reports could do.

I believe they eventually intend to allow Bots to trigger off changes directly in the sheets.

@Nidhi have you configured external eventing for Sheets? If not please follow this help article.

Here I have added an import CSV file action. Just ran a test, and its working for now.
Thanks for the article, I’ll keep that for future reference.
