Add Button Disappears on Dashboard

Here is a customer registration table and I can see them as a deck style and map one.

When combining them on a dashboard, an add button("+") disappears on the deck style view, which is available on the independent view.

Here is a very simple table which is the base of this app, but I encounter the same issue on my production app.

There is an app setting to control the showing of Overlay (Primary buttons) on Dashboard Views.  Please image below to locate this setting in your app.
