Add a New Value in Enum Button or Stack

When using enum or enumlist as a dropdown, we have the ability to add a new value in the search bar. However, when enum is set as buttons or a stack, I don't see this option. This is the case even when "Allow other values" is selected. Is it possible to add a new value in these modes?

No, those modes do not support add capability.

Would it be possible to make second instance of column in the same view, one as enum buttons/stack and another as dropdown?

No.   Not sure what your goal is but dropdown is a user acceptable way to implement what you have indicated so far.

Mainly for aesthetic and ease of use. It's easier for older ones who will be using my app to use the buttons/stacks. But yeah I'll probably go back to the drop down since it has what I need. Thank you!
