Add all children records when parent is added to another table

Hello!

Need some help on some feature I'm trying to add to my app.

I have a table with Items and a child table with acessories and services related to those items.

on a third table, I need to add all the acessories and services related to the parent table everytime an item is added.

Is there any reference that I can use as a guide?
