Add an link to another app in a form

Hello,

I'm trying to add a link to another app inside a form I've built. Basically, my app user goes through and fills in the various fields in my app, and prior to saving the data I want an option for them to be able to click a button or similar to navigate to another app to add some additional information. I've been through all of the deep link videos online but cannot seem to solve it. I'm using the "App" field type but the deep link Linktoapp formula I put in there just displays an unclickable word.

Hopefully I've made sense? Will appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Actions aren't available from within forms.

Try a URL in a show type column.
