Add email for automation

Good day, I have an automation that is used to send info to prospective buyer. Is there a way to have app ask each time to enter email of interested buyer?

An automation is triggered either on data change or on schedule (or chat app event also). 

If you wish to trigger it on an entered email, you could set this one on a "Add" data change type. Does that help? If not, can you provide further information for context? Thanks
