Add materials from another excel list

I have a question about appsheet. I created an app for field service commands. It is the intention that the technician can add materials that are in another excel list, which he can then indicate and choose the number of.

Can you help me how to do this?

You'd just add the Excel list as another table.  There isn't a limit on how many different datasources you can have.

From the Data section, select '+New Table', then just click '+New Source'. You can then choose which data source and which file you want to add to the app.
