Added Enum items are not reflected in deployed UI

I added 3 items into particular Enum column. I can see new added items in development preview screen but I can't see the added items in deployed UI. Details is described in attached file.

Once return Prototype state and re-deployed but the items were not reflected.

Could someone tell me how to reflect new items of Enum?

I've cleared the cache but the issue was not solved and this issue happens for other users as well.
I'm not sure this issue related to, but I have the warning as below.
"The Delta Sync option will be ignored for tables that use a security filter"

Do you have any other ideas?

If you didn't do so already:

• Confirm you synced the local app
• Confirm the app isn't using a stable version that isn't the latest version

@dbaum thank you for your advice! Finally I can deploy the latest code to users. What I missed was deploying the code as the stable version.
