Adding Multiple Rows

Hi!

I'm trying to create an app which enables Doctors to generate Medical Prescription.

I have table Visitors where all visitors are added consecutively.

And Table Visits where Visits are added.

Now I have to create prescription for each visits

Prescription table has columns like

Medicine Name, Composition, Frequency, Relation with meal Etc

While adding more than 1 medicine in a prescription, I want to add more rows in the same for.

Is it possible to achieve this on Appsheet?

Enabling IsPartof option in reference will include as sub form
