Adding extra costs in same row

HI, i have a job estimate - job complete app which has an original quote provided to a client but as a specific job is ongoing i need the function to add costs to the ongoing job with the aim to provide a final invoice, im not sure of the best way to structure the additional costs bit.

I currently have an 'edit job' button where the contractor can 'add additional cost', this is a single entry to the job row, but i want to be able to add multiple new costs where necessary with reasons why.

Im sure its an easy solution but im just not sure.
