Adding individual Google Drive folders to a specific Project

A brief description of what I am trying to do.
1) I have a form that creates a new Project
2) That project is added to the main Google Sheet (my data sheet)
5) That sheet has a Primary View called Projects, which shows all my projects
3) When I click on a Project, it sends me to a Detailed Ref View for that project
4) In the detailed ref view, I see all the projects information I entered from the form
---- I would like add 2 external links here(in the detailed ref view) that takes me to a Google Drive folder for that specific project and another that sends me to a file within that folder.

Each project has it's own folder with it respected files. These folders are located in my Google Drive under a single folder call PROJECTS
(Drive > PROJECTS > Project Folder > Files)

I would like to create an action, that sends me to the projects individual folder and a separate action that sends me to a select file inside of that's projects folder.

If you are able to capture the links to the folders and files in the app then it's pretty easy to create actions to open them. However it is not possible to automatically determine those links from within AppSheet based upon folder, subfolder and file names.
