Address Field Suggestions

I have an app that is built for trip request.  It used to provide suggestions when you started filling out the address field, but it doesn't do that any longer.  Anyone have an idea how to make this happen again?

It seems working fine on my end.  Make sure the column is of address type and Geocoding is enabled.  What I have also noticed is that it helps to write a comma after the street name.  123 Main St.,
