Alert type "Update plan needed. Click to fix!", persists

Hello.
I would like to know how to remove the alert message "Update plan needed. Click to fix!".
I have already subscribed the required 11 users for an app that has more than 10 users and was in prototype mode (see image below), but the alert still appears.
Thanks in advance for your help.
