All used icons are squares

Hi,

We are currently testing our app and found out that one of the users did not saw any icon. Is this a bug or could that be an issue around network connection or OS version of the smartphone? Underneath you can find a screenshot.

Can you share what that screen is supposed to look like?

All the squares look like a classic appsheet icon.

This does look like a network issue. I would try the instructions at Resetting Appsheet.
