I'm ever on my project management app. I would allocate budget for each month related to each project in my table.
the table is:
In this table there are all the activities that employee [utente] unload on each project [conto_analitico] and [task] when they put the their daily worked hours [durata] in timesheet. I have to create the filed type price [cost] that you can't see yet in the table
For each project [conto_analitico] i would attribute a budget (total or monthly, i don't know yet) maybe i suppose in another table in order to make the difference between budget and actual.
How can i do this?

Budget is a Project's attribute. In your Projects table you can add two columns: Assigned Budget, and Actual Budget to date.
