An issue accessing the application on the Chrome browser in desktop mode

Hi Everyone

Today, my users encountered an issue accessing the application on the Chrome browser in desktop mode. The problem occurred with users using Microsoft accounts.

However, when I used the Microsoft Edge browser, access was normal.

I don't understand the cause of this issue. I appreciate any support.
