I have a couple of users who are reporting that apps are not displaying data. The app loads without errors but will not display information. For example:
What it currently looks like | What it should look like |
- The app works correctly on other devices, including identical phones
- The the user has no account restrictions & no changes have been made to the app since it last worked correctly for him
- We have tried rebooting the phone, both "Restart" and power down then power up.
- We have tried re-syncing the app
- We have tried logging the user out of the app and then logging them back in.
I'm at a loss. Anyone else have any tips or tricks?

We're aware of this issue and working on the root cause. Please let us know if resetting or reinstalling worked.
Try resetting the data for the AppSheet app on the phone
Or reinstalling the app.

Clearing all of the data & reinstalling all of the apps did solve the problem for now.
Thank you! For others reading this thread, is anyone running into this on iOS? We think a reinstall would fix that as well.
Made an announcement here that gives another set of steps to try if you're reluctant to clear the app data (e.g. due to unsaved local changes), although we've not yet been able to verify whether this is effective.
