Any advice? iphone, only app open.

Open app, add or edit an entry.

Don’t save yet, and also don’t press cancel.

Turn off the phone for a few minutes or take a call. Go back to the app, but all the added or edited data is cleared.

It’s only been happening in the last few days. Thanks in advance.

If you try to repeat this, does it fail to retain the form every time? Or only sometimes? If you edit 3+ fields?

Only sometimes. The tech is almost always entering 3+ on an edit.
