Anyone run into this issue when copying an app that has smartsheet data source to a new sql data source?
Is there an easy workaround?
@Harry you might need to revisit thisโฆ
@Tammi_Canelli Iโm going to let @Harry explain this one.
How many columns do you have?
about 85 - is there a column limit in sql?
@Tammi_Canelli Not exactly, The new versions of SQL donโt have the low limit that is listed in that โerrorโ message. I think some work has to be done to get โoff rowโ storage, and appsheet makes some assumptions about what you haveโฆ so each CHAR is likely around 2bytesโฆ
So, if you have long text and someone writes a novelโฆ
I actually have no idea what iโm talking aboutโฆ docs.microsoft.com - Maximum Capacity Specifications for SQL Server | Microsoft Docs Maximum Capacity Specifications for SQL Server | Microsoft Docs docs.microsoft.com
Grant, I think Tammi is using mySQL.
Tammi here is a link to some stuff on mySQL.
Whoever has set it up for your use may need to do some tinkering.
