App Sheet Storing historical data

Hi, I am building a sizing calculator for internal use but I wish to track when users have completed a sizing exercise and record their results. 

My app is based from a gsheet, it has 3 views and an export function (simple) 

However as this will be used by a small team, I would like each user to fill in the required fields and once complete save the data to a new sheet or other location (somewhere I can simply visualise and report). 

At present this is simply over writing the source data (gsheet) which I have which is not what I intended as a system of record, apologies, very new to app sheet.

We need some more details on how you have configured your app.

By default, when you open a Form it is opened in the context of a pre-established table backed by a sheet.  Tapping Save on the Form, will save a new data row to that sheet.

I only time I can think of that save on a Form will overwrite a data row is if you have set a specific row key in the Row Key property of your Form View.  If you have done that but not sure its needed, then remove it, you probably don't need it.  See image
