One of my users is experiencing app crashes when adding a number of child images in a form, from an album. The only error I can find in the Audit History is an error regarding 'a duplicate request'.

Sometimes up to 30 images can be added to the parent form, spread over 30 related image tables.
The user uses a Samsung S22 and has set the image quality to low. Images often take 10 seconds to be uploaded.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
