App not syncing / not updating spreadsheet

Hi guys.

My app was working nice when out of nowhere it stoped syncing and updating spreadsheet.

I tried switching to recovery mode and back but it didnt work. I even tried to build a new database to make sure it wasnt the spreadsheet file or something like that but nothing...

The app workd fine, but when it comes to sync to the database it the arrow just keeps rolling with the red number of updates to go.

Can anyone help me with that?

When you try manually Syncing, do you get any error messages?  Try looking at the Audit Log for any recorded errors there

In many cases where there is an issue for edits going through, there will be extra menu options that show up in the side menu.  One of them is "reset edits" or something like that.  You use that option to reset the app UI and try the changes again.   If you continue getting the same issue, then there is some problem with the edits you are trying to make...but normally you will be presented an error message.
