App runing in background

I have an app that allows certain actions on it based on the user’s location. However, i want that when the user arrives at a certain location for the app to send a notification without the user having to turn on the app, basicly having the app working in the background and “coming alive” based on time/location. Is it possible?

I’m afraid that’s not possible at this moment directly with the app.
