App usage, pricing and login

Hi,

I have multiple questions regarding AppSheets. I'm a SOHO Google Workspace Business Standard (GWBS 8 users), and I want to create a straightforward app to be used for just a couple of users, probably outside of my organization. 

• Users who will be using this app have to be Appsheet users? Do I have to pay a licence for them?
• Regarding the GWBS licence, it's AppSheet included somehow, or there are extra subscriptions costs?
• This app is basically a form to input data with a mobile device: is there a simpler way of doing this than with AppSheet?

I would use Google Forms connected to a Google Sheet, and just send a link of the form to the users. They can add it to their home screen if they use it often. No point wasting time and money on so few users for such a limited scenario. 

You will have to pay per user of Appsheet if you want log in. They do not have to be appsheet users.

You need the best Google enterprise subscription to get Appsheet Core included.
