But, if an status or state of any process Is changed by one user, the App
must be syncronized by the other users to see the new state or status.?

So, will the app be able to alert users that New data information is
available.?

It's possible, using Automation, but it's cumbersome.

AppSheet is really not well suited for uses that need (near-)real-time updates

Would you please suggest a template where I could see how an app will alert
to all userrs that sync ust be done?

As @Steve rightly guided, I also believe there is no user-friendly way to alert the app user of data changes and that she/he needs to sync.

You could possibly think of in device notifications or sending an email to the users.

@Lynn may want to add his thoughts.
