Hi AppSheet Community,

I am trying to automate an email notification every time there's a newly added line on the spreadsheet. 

I did a form "contact us" and once the customer submit a message it will be added on to the spreadsheet and it is updating as well on the appsheet app that I created.

The problem is, it is not sending an email notification. It only works when I submit using the appsheet app.

May I know what is the best thing to do with this one?

You would need to add the AppSheet's Event add-on to your gSheet.. and set that sheet as ON from it. Then it's able to trigger the Bot.
