AppSheet Enterprise Plan for less than 20 employees

Hi All,

How can I go about signing up for AppSheet Enterprise with less than 20 employees? When I go to "Pricing", under "Enterprise Standard" it says to contact sales, but when I click that I go through to a general Google Workspace signup (we already have Workspace) and if I select anthing less than 20 employees in that form it just directs me to sign up to Workspace by myself (as I say, we already have Workspace!).

I'm stuck in a loop!

If it hasn't changed lately, the minimum Enterprice license amount is the 20.

Oh wow, so I've built a prototype application using a MySQL cloud database and now I can't deploy it. Does anyone have any suggestions for migrating from MySQL to AppSheet Database?

You can copy the app and its data to AppSheet database.

Thanks Aleksi. I've had a quick play and I can see how to copy the data. It didn't work on the first try but I'll schedule some time to look at it again soon.

Yes: don't!

Migrate to google sheets, you'll save yourself a ton of headaches.

Oh really? I've only had a quick play with AppSheet Database for a personal project. Why would you not recommend it?

  • Because you are only allowed 2500 rows of data per database
  • Only 10 databases
  • Only 20 tables per database (2500 rows inclusive across all tables)
  • Making changes to the schema feels wierd compared to sheets
  • Max 5000 characters in one cell compared to 50000 in sheets
