AppSheet Forms or Google Forms for pre-filled link?

Is is possible to create a link to an AppSheet app pre-filled with values, similar to Google Forms pre-filled link? 

I want to create QR Codes with values embedded in the associated URL that will point to an AppSheet app, open a form, and pre-fill some of the data. I understand how to associate QR Codes with URLs, but can the URL open a form in AppSheet with some data payload? Or is Google Forms pre-filled link the only way to do this?
