Are you sure you want partitioning? Why not just use a security filter?

Thank you for your response, we are testing to see how effective partitioning is, but when looking for information we only find examples using the USERSETTINGS () statement but not with USEREMAIL (). Do you have any idea how to use the USEREMAIL () statement for partitions?
