what is this AppSheet System User ?
Does it count on the billing usage [ active user ] ?

There is no โ€œsystem userโ€. The closest thing would be the account that owns the app. Scheduled bots run as the account owner.

I donโ€™t have any Scheduled Bot , only 4 automation with on change trigger.

I see my account on usage monitor, so this is another account that is count.
